Dr. Liao has begun practicing at the Waukegan Walmart since September 2023. Previously, he worked in Melrose Park, IL for 10 years and in Texas after graduating from the University of Houston College of Optometry.  Dr. Liao strives to help everyone maximize vision with glasses and contact lenses. He has done international eye charity work and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
